Biography

Kristina Babak is an Austrian/Swedish photographer and art director.

From a young age, the camera became her primary medium to communicate not only material substance but to embody interior life as well. She strives to inspire curiosity for the depicted, to evoke an emotional resonance, and to make room for introspection and contemplation.  

After graduating from university, Kristina moved to London where she started assisting several photographers before focusing on her own work.

Today Kristina lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden. She is a freelance photographer as well as working as a studio still life image maker for Daniel Lindh AB. Brands she has worked with include Caia Cosmetics, Daniel Wellington, Efva Attling, Depend, Ideal of Sweden, Belissas, Ohairo.
